WHAT ARE YOUR RETURN POLICIES?

30-Day Trial & Returns:

For the Continental U.S.:

  • We offer a 30-day trial return window for orders shipped within the continental U.S.
  • $9.95 return & processing fee applies per order.
  • Return window: Returns must be initiated within 30 days of delivery.
  • Condition: Items must be clean and in their original packaging.
To start a return:
  • Email us at support@mougigi.com or use the form below.
  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days after your return is received at our facility.
For Orders Outside the Continental U.S.:
  • Due to tariffs and rising logistics costs, return shipping is not covered.
  • Use your preferred carrier and provide us with the tracking number once shipped.

Refund Issuance:
  • Refunds will go back to your original payment method.
  • If you used store credit or a gift card, the refund will return as store credit (per financial policy).
  • If your original payment method is no longer valid, a store credit of the same amount will be issued.
  • Refunds will be issued as store credit or returned to the original purchaser.

HOW DO I START A RETURN?

  • To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us at support@mougigi.com with your order number.
  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method or as store credit. If the original payment method is unavailable, store credit will be issued instead.
  • Please allow 7-21 business days for your bank to process the refund after we receive the returned items.

WHAT IS YOUR EXCHANGE POLICY?

Due to an increase in fraudulent returns and exchanges, we can no longer facilitate direct exchanges. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience.For an exchange, please initiate a return and place a new order for the desired product.

WHAT ARE NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS?

Items labeled as “Final Sale” or “Clearance” are not eligible for returns. If the clearance model is out of stock, we will either cancel the order or upgrade to the latest batch of the same model, though the price will be higher than the clearance price.

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?

Once your order has shipped, we’re unable to cancel it. If you’d still like to cancel or return an item after it’s been shipped, please contact us at support@mougigi.com and initiate a return for a full refund.

THE SHIPPING ADDRESS ON MY ORDER IS INCORRECT! CAN I CHANGE IT?

Once an order is placed, we are unable to update the shipping address. We recommend contacting the carrier directly for any address changes. For further assistance, please contact us at support@mougigi.com

HOW TO TRACK MY ORDER STATUS?

Once your order has shipped, we will send you a shipping confirmation email with a link to track the order on the carrier's website. By clicking the link, you will be able to check the status of your order once is in transit.

WHAT SHOULD I DO IF I RECEIVE AN INCORRECT OR FAULTY ITEM?

We're sorry to hear that you've received an incorrect or faulty item. Please send us an e-mail with your order number, the name/product code and the picture of the item you received and further details of the problem within 30 days of receiving your order.

WHICH SHIPPING CARRIERS DO WE USE?

  • Shipping logistics providers: FEDEX, USPS, UPS, Amazon Shipping, GOFO and Uniuni (usually)
  • Processing time: All orders are shipped out within 48 hours of purchase. *Business Days Only 
  • Delivery Estimates:Within 2-12 days(Shipping times are only estimates and unfortunately, cannot be guaranteed.)

WHEN & WHERE WILL MY ORDER SHIP?

  • Orders are typically shipped within 2-5 business days from our warehouses in Los Angeles (West Coast), Chicago (Midwest), and New Jersey (East Coast).
  • You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
